Producer spotlight: Shem

The first time I heard a track produced by Shem was “CripWalk” way back in 2010 (Look it up on YouTube), ever since then I have been a definite but silent fan (that is until now). Back then his productions were slick, bass heavy, full, crisp and sounded really awesome, fast forward to now and they are just getting better. Now his production styles, sound designs and tracks as a whole have just skyrocketed in value right past next level and straight into the future somewhere.

I was speaking to the Producer himself earlier on social media and he gave me a little bit of exclusive information he would like to drop:
“Soon I’ll present two dubplate neurofunk mixes, one for Neurofunk Society of Poland and another for Neurofunk Grid. I’m also Neurofunk Grid’s in-house mastering engineer and I also master a lot of tracks outside of that – Shem Mastering Services is my main thing, and recently I’ve been working for Bandish Projekt – nominated to MTV EMA’s for Best Indian Act. What I produce as Shem is just a tiny part of what I do. There’s also a synthwave side project (yet unnamed) that I’m launching this year.”

This guy continues to inspire and impress, I am well looking forward to even more excellent tracks produced by him soon. But right now you guys should check some Shem out.
